There's no doubt you've heard the myth - using fitness machines are "safest" types of exercise.

This is perhaps the biggest lie in the fitness industry - and I am happy to finally share it with you, once and for all.

Machines will cause more injuries than bodyweight or free weights.

How?

Well, there are 2 reasons why you should not use traditional fixed-plane exercise machines:

#1. Inflexible
